* eyes: 16mm random style (acrylic eyes)
* Default box
* sent assembled
* make-up : optional (check on 'make-up' if necessary)
* clothes, wig, shoes and eyelashes are separate from the set(purchasings).

(principles)

* Small chips, bubbles, gateway, and minute inaccuracy and difference in color etc.,
except on front head part(face), are out of refund and exchange objects as we do not deal with it as inferior goods since each item is all hand made.


* The Doll is manufactured as your order. Your guarded order is needed as cancellation is impossible
when its under manufacturing after transactions.


* The shipping will be basically held within 30~45days of business hours.
But might be delayed more due to rushing orders.
